What are the shipping costs?+

We will deliver your purchase within 1 - 10 working days, depending on the location. Below you can find all the countries we ship our packages to and the shipping costs.

Netherlands

Shipping costs € 3,50. Free shipping from €75,00.

Belgium and Germany

Shipping costs € 3,50. Free shipping from €75,00.

United Kingdom and France

Shipping costs € 10. Free shipping from €200,00.

Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourgh, Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Slovakia, Monaco, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Estonia, Denmark, Portugal, Finland, Croatia, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Shipping costs € 20,00.

Switserland, Norway and Iceland

Shipping costs € 35,00.

Rest of the World

When will my order be delivered? Netherlands:

All orders placed before 22.00 CET will be delivered the next day (during weekdays). Orders placed on Saturday before 17.00 CET will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday after 17.00 CET will be delivered on Tuesday.

Rest of Europe:

We strive to deliver your order between 3 - 5 working days.

When will my order be delivered?+

Which carrier do you use?+

For our orders within The Netherlands we have DHL as carrier and for Europe we use DPD.

My order is delayed+

We do our best to deliver your order within the given estimated delivery time. However, small mistakes can happen and several factors may cause a small delay. No worries, our support team will assist you when needed.

Can I change the shipping address?+

After your order has been placed, it will immediately be forwarded to our warehouse. Our employees will then start working on your order. Unfortunately, your order can no longer be changed. If you contact customer service quickly, the order may still be cancelled.

What is your return policy?+

You have 30 days to return your order. Be aware that the costs of the shipping to our warehouse must be paid by the customer. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Underwear can not be returned.

How can I return my order?+

Please use the return label enclosed with your order. Bare in mind that you are responsible for the costs of your return package. You can drop off the package at a post office. Please return your package with an insured shipment and hold on to the tracking code. This will be your proof when your return order is lost. If you don’t have this tracking information, Quality Blanks cannot be claimed responsible for lost packages.

When will I receive my refund?+

We estimate to process your return order within 5 business days as soon as your return parcel is received at our warehouse. Can I exchange my order? Unfortunately this is not possible. Are you doubting about your size? We suggest to place an order with several sizes. If you need a different size, please place a new order via our website for the correct size.

Product information

I have received a defective product+

Our apologies! Please get in touch with our customer support department within 24 hours after receiving your order via info@qualityblanks.com. Send us pictures of the issue and don't forget to mention your order number. We will do our best to send a replacement if we have it in stock. Either way, we will find a suitable solution.

There is a product missing in my order+

We advice to get in touch with our customer support team via info@qualityblanks.com. We understand that this is very inconvenient and we will find a suitable solution.

I have received the wrong product+

Please get in touch with our support team via info@qualityblanks.com and we will do our best to ship the right product, if we still have it in stock.

The product looks different on the website+

We do our best to display all our products in their true colors. However sometimes this can be slightly different. Having doubts? Please get in touch with us via info@qualityblanks.com and we will provide the best advice possible.

Order information

I have not received an order confirmation e-mail+

Unfortunately, we cannot always prevent e-mails from ending up in the spam box. Take a look in your spam box if the mail you are missing is in there. If not, get in touch with us via info@qualityblanks.com.

Can I change my order?+

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?+

Quality Blanks offers a warranty period of 30 days. The 30-day warranty guarantees the buyer that the product meets requirements of usability, reliability, and durability. The warranty does not apply to the following cases: - The product has been damaged by inattention or improper use by the buyer; - Damage caused by a repair or modification by a third party without the consent of Quality Blanks; - Breakage or damage caused by water or fire; - External changes due to normal use of the product.
